Assay was done using ADP-Glo (Promega) reagents with 100 µM ATP, 20 µM acetyl-CoA and 30 mM NaHCO3 in 25 µL kinase assay buffer (30 mM HEPES pH=7.4, 2 mM MgCl2, 1 mM DTT, and 2 mM Sodium citrate). Substrate used was MBP. Reaction was performed at 30˚C for 40 min.

40 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween-20, 3 mM DTT, 20% glycerol and 225 mM Imidazole.

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
