Enzyme reaction was performed in 50 µl kinase reaction buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.5 mM DTT) containing 50 µM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml ATF2 (BPS #40520) and 2-16 ng/µl MAPK10 for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was assayed using the BPS Bioscience ATP quantification reagents.

25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 20% glycerol, and 3 mM DTT.

Aqueous buffer solution
