Assay Conditions: Assay was done in a Kinase buffer using Rb (0.02 mg/ml) as a substrate with 10 μM ATP at 30°C for 60 min. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).
Formulation: 40mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 110mM NaCl, 2.2mM KCl, 20% Glycerol and 3mM DTT and 2 mM Glutathione
Format: Aqueous buffer solution.
