Z-Lyte^® (Invitrogen) screening protocol and condition were used. Enzyme reaction was conducted at 30°C for 1 hours with 2 μM Tyr 01 Peptide in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 0.01% BRIJ-35, 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM EGTA. After the 1 hour incubation, diluted Development Reagent B was added.

25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 3 mM DTT, and 10% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
