PI-103 is a multi-targeted inhibitor of PI3K for p110, p110, p110 , and p110 with reported IC50 values of 2 nM, 3 nM, 3 nM, and 15 nM respectively. PI-103 is less potent towards mTOR/DNA-PK with reported IC50 values of 30 nM and 23 nM respectively.

Soluble in DMSO or DMF at approximately 10 mg/ml. Poorly soluble in aqueous solutions. If necessary, first solubilize in DMSO or DMF and dilute into an aqueous solution, such as PBS.

Crystalline solid

At least 2 years as supplied at -20°C. At least 6 months in DMSO at -80°C. Do not store aqueous solutions for longer than one day.
