Assay was performed in a Kinase buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/ml BSA) containing 1 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 µM ATP for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was alculated using Kinase-Glo Plus™ reagent (Promega).

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 110 mM NaCl, 3 mM DTT, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol, 80 µg/ml FLAG peptide.
