ADP-Glo assay with 0.2 mg/ml poly-(Glu4:Tyr) as a substrate and 100 µM ATP at final concentration. Reaction was done for 50 minutes at 30°C. ADP-Glo for 45 minutes at RT, and Kinase detection for 55 minutes at RT.
