Description: UNC669 is a potent and selective MBT (malignant brain tumor) inhibitor for L3MBTL1.
Synonym(s): (5-bromopyridin-3-yl)-(4-pyrrolidin-1-ylpiperidin-1-yl)methanone
Purity: ≥98% by HPLC Biological Activity: Small molecule antagonist of methyl-lysine (KMe) reader protein with selectivity for L3MBTL1 and L3MBTL3 (IC50 of 4.2 µM and 3.1 µM respectively). An earlier publication reported a 5- and 11-fold selectivity of L3MBTL1 (IC50 = 6 µM )over L3MBTL3 (IC50 = 35 µM )and L3MBTL4 (IC50 > 70 µM).
Solubility: Soluble in DMSO
