HCT116 recombinant cell line growth media

• Growth Medium 7B (BPS #79545): Thaw Medium 7 (BPS #60185) plus 400 μg/ml of Geneticin (Thermo Fisher, #11811031).
• Thaw Medium 7 (BPS #60185): McCoy’s 5A medium (Hyclone #SH30200.01) with 10% FBS (Thermo Fisher, #26140079), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone SV30010.01).

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
