This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

• Growth Medium 4A (BPS #79535): Thaw Medium 4 (BPS #60181)  plus 10 µg/ml Blasticidin (Thermo Fisher, #R21001), and 200 µg /ml Zeocin (Invivogen # ant-zn-1p).

• Thaw Medium 4 (BPS #60181): DMEM/F12 (1:1) (Hyclone # SH30271.01) supplemented with 10% FBS (Thermo Fisher, #26140079), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone # SV30010.01)

Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
