This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free.

All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

• Growth Medium 3E (BPS #79553): Thaw Medium 3 (BPS #60186) plus 100 μg/ml of Hygromycin B (Thermo Fisher, #10687010).
• Thaw Medium 3 (BPS #60186): Ham’s F-12 medium (Hyclone # SH30526.01) supplemented with 10% FBS (Thermo Fisher, #26140079), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone SV30010.01).

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
