Background: Bromodomains function as acetyl-lysine binding domains, and bromodomain/ acetyl-lysine recognition can regulate histone modification, DNA replications, chromatin remodeling, and gene transcription.
Description: The Bromodomain Non-acetylated Ligand 3 is a control peptide for the acetylated Bromodomain Ligand 3, Cat. #33008. It is derived from histone H3 and contains a C-terminal GG linker, followed by a biotinylated Lys. This peptide is suitable for use as a negative control ligand for bromodomains including TRIM24.
