Bromodomain containing 3, BRD3, RING3L

Enzyme was assayed according to BPS BRD3 (BD2) Assay Kit (Cat# 32523) protocol. BRD3 protein is incubated with biotinylated acetylhistone peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in BRD assay buffer (Cat. #33001) in a 10 µl reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA^® (R) GSH acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by Alphascreen^®(R) Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.

50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10% glycerol, 3 mM EDTA, 20 mM glutathione, and 2 mM DTT

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
