Assays done according to protocols from TIGIT:CD155 homogenous assays (72029). CD155-his was mixed with various concentrations of the anti-TIGIT mAbs (0-100 nM) and TIGIT-biotin for 1h at RT. Then Strep donor (1:125) and Ni acceptor beads (1:250) were added for 1h. Plate read on the alphaLISA machine

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Useful as a reference antibody for screening TIGIT neutralizing antibodies in cell based and biochemical assays.

Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
