25 mM Tris/HCl, pH 8.0, 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, and 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 20 µM BPS HDAC substrate 1 (Catalog #50040), and HDAC5 (0.3125 – 20 ng). Incubation condition: 30 min at 37ºC followed by developing for 15 min at room temperature.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 16mM Glutathione, 20% glycerol.
