The reaction mixture contained 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 2 mM DTT, 0.1 mM NMN, 0.1 mM ATP, and various amount of NMNAT in a final volume of 50 uL. The reaction was incubated at 37 oC for 30 min, and the amount of ATP consumed was calculated using kinase-glo plus reagent (Promega).

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween-20, 256 mM imidazole and 20% glycerol
