Assay was performed by mixing 10 μl of varying concentrations of mouse TDO2 with 170 μl of TDO Reaction Solution (BPS, #73005) and 20 μl of 1x TDO Assay Buffer (BPS, #73006). This reaction was incubated at room temperature for 90 min and absorbance was read at =320-325 nm.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween- 20, 20% glycerol, and 300 mM imidazole

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C.

Useful for studying enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors.
