Reaction was conducted in 50 mM Tris (pH 7.4), 10 mM MgCl₂, 200 µM DL-isocitrate, and 200 µM NADP. Incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Read at Abs340 using Tecan Infinite 1000 (5 flash/10 ms settle time).

45 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 124 mM NaCl, 2.4 mM KCl, 90 µg/ml FLAG peptide, 3 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
