GenBank Accession No. NM_006863, a.a. 17-461, with a C-terminal Avi-His-Tag, expressed in an HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. MW = 51 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
