Background: LATS2 is a serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the LATS tumor suppressor family. LATS2 interacts with a negative regulator of p53 and function in a positive feedback loop with p53 that responds to cytoskeleton damage and this interaction provokes centrosome/mitotic apparatus dysfunction (1). LATS2 plays an essential role in the maintenance of mitotic fidelity and genomic integrity (2).

Formulation: 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.25mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF, 25% glycerol.
Storage / Stability: Store product at –80°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
