Human secreted interleukin 17 receptor A (IL-17RA) Fc fusion protein, also known as, IL-17 receptor A and CD217, GenBank Accession No. NM_ 014339, a.a 33-320, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 with a Cterminal AviTagTM, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. The protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTagTM technology. This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

CD217, interleukin-17 receptor a

100 ng of IL-17A (BPS Cat. #91014) was coated onto a 96-well plate overnight. The indicated amount of IL- 17RA, Biotin was added in IL-17 Assay Buffer and allowed to incubate at room temperature for 2 hr. Strep-HRP was added, followed by chemiluminescent substrate and detection.
