100 ng of IL-17A was coated onto a 96-well plate overnight. The indicated amount of IL-17RA (BPS Cat. #91013), Biotin was added in IL-17 Assay Buffer and allowed to incubate at room temperature for 2 hr. Strep-HRP was added, followed by chemiluminescent substrate and detection.
