Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using MBP substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 μM ATP. Reaction was done at 30oC for 50 min. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega)
