Human CD73, also known as 5'-nucleotidase and Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, GenBank Accession No. NM_002526, a.a. 27-547 with C-terminal Avi-His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™ technology. MW = 61 kDa.

Assay Conditions: Experiment ran according to CD73 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit, #72055 colorimetric protocol (15 min incubation at 37°C). Phosphate standard (from Enzo #BML-AK111) was used at 100 µM serially diluted half-fold down the plate. CD73 [B] used at 0.3 ng/µl and serially diluted half-fold.

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted protein is not recommended, if necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%).

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
