Human CD111, known as Poliovirus receptor-related 1, and nectin-1, GenBank Accession No. NM_002855, a.a. 31-355, with C-terminal Avi-Tag fused to the Fc portion of Human IgG1 and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. MW = 65 kDa.

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 400 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution.

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 μg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.

Useful as a positive control for western blot studies.
