poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 3, poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 3, PARP3

One unit of PARP incorporates 100 pmoles of poly(ADP) in 1 minute from NAD into the acid-insoluble form.

Enzyme reaction is conducted using BPS's PARP3 Assay Kit (Catalog #80553) at room temperature for 1 hour.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween-20, 3 mM DTT, and 20% glycerol

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended, if necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%).

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
