Recombinant human angiopoietin-2 (Ang2), also known as Angpt2, expressed in HEK293 cells. Human Ang2 is a 70 kDa secreted ligand that binds the receptor Tie2.

The activity was tested by the ability of immobilized recombinant Human Tie2 to bind biotinylated recombinant human Ang2 in ELISA.

Recombinant human Ang2 is lyophilized from 0.2 μm filtered 20 mM PBS solution, pH 7.2, 5% Trehalose.

Aqueous buffer solution

The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -80°C. Upon reconstitution, store in working aliquots at 2 - 8° C for up to one month, or at -20°C for up to six months, in the presence of a carrier protein.
