HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) encoded by ERBB2 gene has been found to be overexpressed in certain aggressive breast cancers, suggesting it as an important drug target as well as a biomarker. The HER2 Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure HER2 kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using Kinase-Glo® MAX as a detection reagent.
