Description: Human secreted Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 1 (PD-L1)-Fc fusion protein with R-Phycoerythrin-label, also known as CD274 and B7 homolog 1 (B7-H1), GenBank Accession No. NM_014143, amino acids 19-239, fused at the C-terminus with the Fc portion of mouse IgG2a, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 53 kDa.
Formulation: 8 mM Na phosphate pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl and 20% glycerol.
Storage / Stability: At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
