Human secreted CD113, also known as Poliovirus receptor-related 3, PVRL3, and nectin-3, GenBank Accession No. NM_015480.2, a.a. 58-400 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system, with C-terminal Fc-Fusion-Avi-tag. MW = 66 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
