Human secreted B7-H2, also known as B7 homolog 2, CD275, ICOSL, ICOSLG, and B7-related protein (B7RP), GenBank Accession No. NM_001283050, a.a 19-258, with C-terminal Avi-His-Tag and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™ technology. MW = 31 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.

Useful for studying protein binding and screening small molecules.
