Description: R-Phycoerythrin-labeled recombinant human Anti-OX40 antibody recognizing the OX40 binding region. This antibody has not been tested for cross-reactivity with any other species.
Formulation: 8 mM Na Phosphate pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl and 20% glycerol.
Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
Storage / Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Protect from light. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
Application(s): Useful for labeling cells expressing OX40 for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy.
