This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free

All components are low endotoxin

BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.

• Growth Medium 2F (BPS #79669): Thaw Medium 2 (BPS #60184) plus 1 mg/ml Geneticin (Thermo Fisher, #11811031), 0.5 µg/ml Puromycin Dihydrochloride (Thermo Fisher, #A1113803).

• Thaw Medium 2 (BPS #60184): RPMI 1640 medium (Thermo Fisher, #A1049101) supplemented with 10% FBS (Thermo Fisher, #26140079), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone #SV30010.01).

Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
