Opti-MEM I (Life Technologies #31985-062) + 0.5% FBS + 1% Non-essential amino acids + 1 mM sodium pyruvate + 1% penicillin/streptomycin.

Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
