Mouse CD73, also known as 5'-nucleotidase and Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, GenBank Accession No. NM_011851, a.a. 29-549 with C-terminal Avi-His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 61 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology.

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution.

At least 6 months at –80°C.
