100 nM of biotinylated TIGIT was incubated for 1 hour with the indicated concentration of CD155 (Cat. #71181) in a 10 μl reaction in with TIGIT Assay Buffer. Chelate Acceptor beads were added and incubated for 30 min. followed by Strep-donor beads for 30 min and alpha counts were read.
