Human secreted LAG3, also known as Lymphocyte-Activation Gene 3 and CD223. GenBank Accession No. NM 002286, a.a. 23-450 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system with C-terminal His-Tag. MW = 48 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Aqueous buffer solution

At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.

Useful for studying protein binding and screening small molecules.
