Recombinant human TIGIT inhibitor antibody recognizing an epitope that prevents TIGIT interaction with CD155 on immune cells.

Antibody was added to TIGIT: CD155 or TIGIT: CD112 homogenous assays at various concentrations. Assay was performed according to the protocol in BPS Cat #72029 or #72023, respectively.

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol

Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.

Useful for the inhibition of TIGIT: CD155 and TIGIT: CD112 interactions in biochemical assays. For neutralizing TIGIT in cellular assays, we recommend BPS Cat. #71340.
