Description: R-Phycoerythrin-labeled anti-PD-1 neutralizing recombinant murine/human chimeric antibody recognizing the PD-L1/PD-L2 binding region of human PD-1.
Synonym(s): Programmed cell death 1, PDCD1, PD-1, PD1, SLEB2, CD279, HPD-L
Assay Conditions: For flow cytometry, we recommend incubating cells on ice for 30 minutes with 1 – 20 µg/ml of RPE anti-human PD-1 antibody.
Cross Reactivity: This antibody
does not cross-react with mouse PD-1, but does
cross-react with monkey (M. fascicularis) PD-1.
It has not been tested with other species.
Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
Storage / Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C.
Application(s): Useful for labeling cells expressing PD-1 for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy.
