Assay Conditions: 20 mM HEPES, pH 7.2, 100 mM NaCl, 3 mM DTT, 10 mM pNPP and PP2A. Assay was done at 37°C for 40 min, and the reaction progress was measured at 405 nm. Specific activity was calculated based on pNPP= 18,000 M-1cm-1.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol and 16 mM glutathione

At least 6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics and for inhibitor screening.
