One unit of PARP incorporates 100 pmoles of poly(ADP) in 1 minute from NAD into the acid-insoluble form.

Enzyme reaction is conducted using BPS's TNKS2 Histone Ribosylation Assay Kit (Biotin-labeled NAD+), Catalog # 80578.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 3 mM DTT, 16 mM glutathione, 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution
