DESCRIPTION: The Primary Antibody 6 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody, recognizing
Dimethylated Lys27 of Histone H3. It is optimized for use with specific BPS Bioscience’s
assay kits.
ISOTYPE: Rabbit IgG
REACTIVITY: Human, other (wide range)
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes dimethylated lysine 27 of Histone H3. It does not recognize
mono-, tri-, or unmethylated Lys27 or dimethyl Lys9 of Histone H3.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide including dimethylated Lys27 of human Histone H3.
APPLICATIONS: Suitable for determination of enzyme activity using the
following BPS Bioscience assay kits:
