Description: BAY-60-7550 is a potent inhibitor of PDE2. It is more selective for PDE2 than PDE1 by 50-fold. Similarly, it is 100-fold more selective for PDE4B, PDE5B, PDE7B, PDE8A, PDE9A, PDE10A, and PDE11A.
Purity: ≥95% by HPLC Biological Activity: BAY-60-7550 inhibits PDE2 with an IC50 of 2.0 nM in bovine, and 4.7 nM
in humans.
Solubility: Soluble in ethanol, DMSO and DMF, purged with an inert gas. Solubility in ethanol,
DMSO and DMF is ~10 mg/ml.
Format: A crystalline solid.
Storage / Stability: Store at or below –20°C. Solid form is stable at least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Do not store aqueous solutions for more than one day.
