Bromodomain containing 3, BRD3, RING3L

BRD3 protein is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in BRD assay buffer (Cat. #33001) in a 10 µl reaction for 30 min at RT. AlphaLISA^® ® GSH acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by Alphascreen^®® Streptavidin- conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at –80°C.

Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
