Neutralizing recombinant human antibody recognizing the Lag-3 binding region.

Anti-LAG3 Neutralizing Antibody was added at various concentrations to the LAG-3/NFAT Reporter Jurkat cells (BPS Cat. #71278) co-cultured with superantigen-loaded Raji cellsand luciferase activity was measured using ONE-Step Luciferase Assay System (BPS Cat. #60690)

8 mM Phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.

Useful as a reference antibody for screening LAG-3 neutralizing antibodies.
