Phycoerythrin-labeled anti-GITR recombinant human antibody recognizing the GITRL binding region of human GITR. This antibody has not been tested for cross-reactivity with any other species.

For flow cytometry, we recommend incubating cells with 20 µg/ml of anti-human PD-1 antibody, PE-labeled for one hour at 4°C, followed by two washes with FACS buffer.
