Assay was performed in Kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 mM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 30 min. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).

50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5, 250 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol and 2 mM DTT.
