poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 2, poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 2, ADPRT, PARP2

One unit of PARP incorporates 100 pmoles of poly(ADP) in 1 minute from NAD into the acid-insoluble form.

Enzyme reaction is conducted using BPS's PARP2 Assay Kit (Catalog #80552) at room temperature for 1 hour.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 16 mM glutathione, 20% glycerol, and 3 mM DTT.

Aqueous buffer solution

>6 months at -80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
