Assay was performed using the BPS NSD1 Chemiluminescent Assay Kit (Cat# 53010) with 400 μM S-adenosyl- methionine on biotinylated H3 peptide coated plates overnight at room temperature.

40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 4 mM Glutathione, 20% Glycerol and 3mM DTT.

Aqueous buffer solution

>12 months at –80°C.

Suitable for protein binding studies, as an immunogen, or as a Western blotting control.
