I’m getting good Western blot reactivity, but at the wrong molecular weight. What went wrong? It is not uncommon that different molecular weights are detected by electrophoresis due to different conformations. Please refer to the certificate of Analysis of each protein for its reported molecular weight.
How is the protein concentration of ABI’s Viral Proteins determined? A modified BCA protein assay is used with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as the protein standard.
